Deep Arch Stretching in the morning

“The Space Between” – Yoga for Transition & Uncertainty

Concept: A practice for liminal spaces — when one chapter has ended but the next hasn’t fully begun.
Tone: Spacious, supportive, introspective.

Flow Elements:

  • Slow transitional poses (Crescent to Warrior, Cat-Cow with pauses)

  • Lots of breath holds and silence between movements

  • Yin-style holds in the hips and heart

  • Journaling or mental inquiry: “What is forming in the unknown?”

🧬 12. “Rewrite the Story” – Yoga for Self-Belief

Concept: A class focused on shifting inner narratives and building self-trust.
Tone: Empowering, bold, transformative.

Flow Elements:

  • Warrior sequence with affirmations: “I am not my past. I choose my next chapter.”

  • Balancing poses for self-trust

  • Core work (Solar Plexus focus)

  • End with a short seated visualization: writing a new “chapter” in the mind

💌 13. “Dear Body…” – A Love Letter Flow

Concept: A gentle, loving class centered on body gratitude and reconnection.
Tone: Tender, nurturing, deeply personal.

Flow Elements:

  • Begin by placing hands on different parts of the body: “Thank you, feet… thank you, legs…”

  • Fluid, self-massaging movement (like rolling shoulders or circling wrists)

  • Heart openers and forward folds

  • Optional: end with writing or mentally repeating a love letter to the body

🪞 14. “Mirror Work” – Yoga for Self-Awareness & Shadow Work

Concept: This one is powerful — it invites students to witness themselves fully, light and shadow.
Tone: Deep, introspective, maybe a little edgy (in a good way).

Flow Elements:

  • Eye gaze or mirror work (if in studio or on screen)

  • Twists, folds, and core work (fire + reflection)

  • Questions for self-inquiry: “What do I hide? What do I avoid? Can I meet myself there with compassion?”

  • Closing meditation: meeting the “inner mirror” and holding space

🎭 15. “Masks Off” – Yoga for Authentic Expression

Concept: A flow for removing the roles, expectations, and identities we perform — and coming home to the real self.
Tone: Expressive, liberating, bold.

Flow Elements:

  • Free movement intro: shaking, rolling, stretching however feels real

  • Include Lion’s Breath, sighs, sound

  • Warrior poses with strong stance

  • Seated reflection: “Who am I when no one’s watching?”

  • End with a quiet Savasana under a metaphor of removing masks
